推介大家試吓呢一個意大利麵,天橋用咗新鮮嘅意大利黃油連同Parmigiano Reggiano炒製而成,麵條食落乾身而且煙靭,黑松露切成薄片喺面頭上面點綴。

海鮮意大利飯份量唔算太多,不過材料豐富包括Mazara del Vallo 紅蝦、Okkaido 扇貝、地中海章魚、布列塔尼蛤蜊和貽貝、西西里金槍魚和劍魚、藍龍蝦。
