釜飯,來自日本奈良,以釜器皿盛載米飯和肉類或海鮮,底層經熱力將飯燒焦,且滲透肉香或海鮮香。好開心在香港都吃到釜飯,而且在九龍區,方便約朋友吃飯。我點了黑椒和牛釜飯,表面少許燒焦,很香黑椒味,牛肉軟腍,每粒飯都滲滿了牛肉香。朋友就吃燒鰻魚釜飯,鰻魚覆蓋飯面,肉質很厚。朋友表示鰻魚肉柔軟又有點嚼口,鰻魚醬汁更可以額外免費加。蜜糖蕃薯,外層微脆,整塊蕃薯被蜜糖脆漿封著,外脆內軟。作為甜品挺不錯的,蕃薯還含有豐富纖維,前身體很有益呢!
