今日去稻香食晚餐!首先講吓正常嘅食物,食咗個龍躉兩味(148元),分別係紫茄蒜蓉蒸班頭腩,同埋翠帶濃湯龍躉球。個紫茄蒜蓉蒸班頭腩味道正正常常,不過啲茄子索晒啲蒸魚油,感覺都幾肥膩。至於翠帶濃湯龍躉球,睇相嘅樣都幾吸引,嚟到之後發覺啲湯嘅色同幅圖唔同,食落都還可以,不過啲配菜唔算新鮮,色水暗淡,啲翠帶都唔知係乜,唔敢食。然後經典菜式嚟啦,我哋叫咗個西檸雞(78元),最後嚟,一睇,啲雞碎到好似台式粒粒炸雞咁,搇滿晒脆漿,一啲都唔似平時食嘅西檸雞。食落去發覺,中伏了!所有雞都唔係雞嚟㗎,我好似食緊成舊粉咁,咬開一半,舊舊雞90%係脆漿, 10%係肉,仲要舊舊都係咁!無嘢呀嘛?雪雞柳都唔係好貴啫,使唔使俾成碟粉我食呀!酒樓嘅廚師究竟有無培訓過?點解咁難食嘅嘢都可以擺上台?所以我哋食剩咗,因為真係難食到食唔落呀!

至於翠帶濃湯龍躉球,睇相嘅樣都幾吸引,嚟到之後發覺啲湯嘅色同幅圖唔同,食落都還可以,不過啲配菜唔算新鮮,色水暗淡,啲翠帶都唔知係乜,唔敢食。
