【北區】【秦】每星期總會同一位同事品評曼城表現,所以我會叫佢週鑒哥,講到興起就不如食餐飯,叫埋真正哥一齊去一間喺粉嶺聯和墟嘅餐廳。聽週鑒哥講呢度原本係一間高級意大利菜,裝修好靚,執咗之後新餐廳保留咗個裝修做中菜。聽落咁特別,我梗係想去會一會佢。真係幾有格調同坐得幾舒服,過咗第一關就食吓嘢先。叫咗 $118 嘅「砂鍋雲吞雞」,個湯好濃香雞味,正。之後 $98 嘅「椒鹽鮮魷」就反而嫌佢唔夠椒鹽,整得唔夠鹹,魷魚肉偏細舊。跟住 $98 嘅「菠蘿脆咕嚕肉」就擺明向女同事致敬,係做到掛汁同埋脆皮效果嘅。之後 $98 嘅「咸豬骨芥菜煲」幾足料,同埋湯頭都香濃。叫多碟 $78 嘅「香脆肉絲炒麵」,個麵餅夠脆而又唔燶底,相當熱,係具水準之作。嘢飲方面,我同週鑒哥都係飲 $36 嘅「椰果爆珠梳打」,都係揀有百香果味,不過啲餸唔鹹,杯嘢又大,大家點都飲唔晒,好笑。真正哥前世未飲過酒,飲咗枝 $38 嘅「生力清」。連埋加一,三條友total 係 $660 埋單,唔貴。。。(地址:粉嶺聯和墟聯和道1-11A號富貴樓地舖)
