如果對美食有研究,特別係有留意米芝蓮食府既話⭐️,相信對米芝蓮名廚「廚魔」Alvin Leung,與高級粵菜名廚鄭錦富(富哥)👨🏻‍🍳兩位既大名並不陌生,前者乃米芝蓮星店Bo Innovation總廚🧑🏻‍🍳; 後者所主理既名人坊連續12年得到殊榮。早前兩位就聯手於中環開設左「廚魔名人坊」😎,將粵菜加入創新元素~ 🆕據知「椒鹽九肚魚」🐟乃富哥既名物之一,已去骨既九肚魚魚肉厚身,脆漿恰到好處而質感鬆化😋,「燒汁牛柳粒」🥩油脂豐沃,與期望中既一致~ 早已素聞「炒桂花瑤柱」🌼相當難做得好,特別係要效果保持乾身, 富哥出品果然不失望。家禽類吃到鹹香感足既「脆皮妙齡鴿」、相較下更喜歡「八子全鴨」🦆,靚既鹹蛋黃確係加分不少。甜品係「蛋白杏仁茶」與「焦糖銀耳露」,經典既杏仁茶常係中式粵菜會吃到,杏香恰到好處,甜到亦恰到好處👍🏻
