To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外國朋友遠道來了,當然要好好招待他們順道短聚啦!今晚全由姐發辦,前菜選擇了冷盤四小拼,有脆鱔、小排骨、烤麩及肴肉。當中脆鱔及肴肉較好吃。脆鱔為起骨鱔魚炸至酥脆而且不油不膩,相當甘美可口。湯凍和酥軟的豬肉在口中融化。外國朋友想一嘗四川風味,於是姐點了一個川椒辣子雞、一上菜外國朋友表示很驚訝,就像滿佈紅辣椒。雞肉沒被辣味蓋過酸辣湯的材料包括筍、冬菇、肉絲、蛋花、木耳、豆腐等。外國朋友說笑酒醉後 喝一碗酸辣湯就醒了。婆婆生煎包底脆皮薄,外層鬆軟滴湯不漏, 餡料肉味濃郁,味道帶甜。蟹粉小籠包,故名思義就是將蟹粉加入小籠包,味道鮮上加鮮。幸好姐一坐低就叫這個了,因為很快就賣光。香蕉高力豆沙餡料熱辣辣,香蕉及半溶紅豆混合得非常好味, 軟綿綿,甜甜絲。
