【打咗165次電話📞終於book到既壽喜燒 】すき焼 森 📍 中環日式庭院嘅風格,有種去左日本🇯🇵小店既感覺💗食飯當日係紅日,餐廳只有3枱客人實在令我感到詫異,唔明白點解我竟然要打咁多個電話先book到🙈🔸前菜🥴d味道好怪 🔸蒸乚物- 櫻花蝦茶碗蒸好鹹🥴櫻花蝦啲鬚仲要太長搞到好多渣食到呢度表示想喊 完全唔知自己食緊啲乜嘢👅8/10(只限壽喜燒部份)🔸主角係A4近江牛!有肉眼,西冷同2款牛肩🐮師傅會係你面前即席揮毫,用關西壽喜燒嘅煮法,有焦糖味同時又充滿牛香!我最鍾意係肉眼😚非常嫩滑,加埋蛋汁,同埋超飽滿嘅日本珍珠米!おいしい!😛蔬菜部份我最鍾意係來自淡路島既洋蔥🧅,超級清爽又香甜!好似食緊水果咁😍師傅好好人咁樣提醒大家要留肚for last既滑蛋和牛飯,不過對我來講就太濕啦😲早知前面食多兩碗飯啦haha另外值得欣賞嘅係師傅會因應客人嘅速度去烹調,令我可以好舒服咁享受!抽風系統麻麻哋,食完餐飯成身係食物味🤧呢個價錢黎講有專人serve既 Sukiyaki set算好抵lu~ 大家都不妨一試😊
