又係食飯時間,今日係土瓜灣附近工作朋友知道我喜好拉麵,就帶左我去一間推介到一試啦入到黎,日本風環繞四周,地方闊落之餘仲會令人有種放鬆既感覺,黑色做主題既店面,更有種高級既氛圍一上枱就已經比炸到金黃鬆脆牛蒡吸引但係食拉面係要飲啖湯先,湯底何止濃郁,簡直濃縮左雞湯既精華什至有黏口既感覺,夾起拉面,有掛湯既效果呈現雞胸白肉用慢煮既方式,令到整片都滑嫩叉燒亦輕輕用火灸燒,令肉既香味更加顯著,整體上係味重濃厚,所以主廚加上大量京蔥碎,並唔係裝飾配菜咁簡單,清爽微辛既口感,為成碗拉麵減低負擔開蓋一刻,厚實既鰻魚舖滿整個飯盒,油份慢慢滲透出黎,令飯中多添一份魚油香氣,由於鰻魚夠新鮮,厚度簡直一絕就係因為呢一個厚度,令到燒後仍然充滿彈牙爽口,魚皮仲有增加脆口既風味
