To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係唔知食乜嘅情況下，譚仔係一候非常好嘅選擇。好想食蒜泥白肉，朋友又好，肯一齊食，佢嘅建議唔好叫細份，唔夠食。一上碟，即刻食。我一直以為係有啲辣，原來無嘅，好強嘅蒜味，食落都接受到，肉都ok。米線正常，都係有我最愛嘅魚片頭，墨丸，同樣十小辣。正呀！見到枱上有張溫馨提示，叫人唔好放手機係枱上，似乎大家都習慣左放係枱上，係嘅，濕左就唔好啦。
