如果大家有喺旺角蒲開應該都會留意到呢間串燒鋪,入面好乾淨,仲有一個位可以做小包廂,如果大家夜晚想食串燒又想去啲乾淨嘅地方,呢間一定啱曬你!———————————————🌟深燒花甲粉 $58呢個花甲粉本身已另外包金菇、豆卜、娃娃菜同生菜,如果需要加料可以另外加錢。花甲粉整體都幾滿意,個人選擇粉絲底食返最原味嘅花甲粉,佢地呢間用嘅花甲係肥美大粒果種,同出面完全唔一樣。雖然我選擇咗中辣,但係都依然可以試到湯底果種鮮甜味,如果下次再食花甲粉,呢間應該會係我嘅義選。.🌟免治骨棒 $38呢個免治骨棒完全就係平時日或果種串燒配月見汁,免治雞肉本身醃製過有少少甜味,入面仲可以咬到雞軟骨果種爽口感,再連同蛋汁配搭味道一流。.🌟日式焦糖芝士年糕 $30呢個我相信平時應該都唔多人叫,我今次都係心血來潮想試,結果完全係出乎意料地好食。中間果層係偏甜同埋重奶味,外皮燒得超脆,同入面煙韌嘅年糕有好大反差,口感超豐富。.🌟娃娃菜 $18呢個娃娃菜我都特別想highlight一下,因為有時出面食到嘅燒娃娃菜都係偏乾身,但呢度嘅燒得好好鎖曬啲汁係入面,加埋本身特製嘅辣粉食落超惹味。.🌟整體串燒呢度嘅串燒仲會放係一個小爐

呢度嘅串燒仲會放係一個小爐上面確保唔會變凍,所有串燒味道都可以自己簡返口味,分別可以選擇椒鹽、蜜汁同麻辣,店內員工同廚師仲會為您推介口味。我本身好食得辣所以直接簡咗中辣,食落都真係幾辣幾惹味,廚師仲好體貼緊怕我太辣,先試完第一款後再詢問洗唔洗調整辣度,入面嘅員工都非常有人情味,食物好食之餘服務亦都好好🥰
