通常食完晚飯,都要食返個甜品先叫完美的一天!所以,「宏」除咗甜品,最近仲出多咗熟食絕對係 Good news!今次食咗靜岡鰻魚飯,鰻魚係從日本靜岡飼養,直接進口到香港。入口無泥味,口感軟滑。喺香港食到真係難得,而且鰻魚飯賣相精美,好似收到一份禮物咁樣。配料係奈良蘿蔔漬物,好香清酒味,很欣賞這個配搭。而鰻魚飯係用秋田米煮成,圓潤香口。一嚐去日本旅行嘅滋味。最後當然要嘆返個「宇治抹茶蛋卷」,同埋「抹茶雪芳蛋糕」先係 Happy ending!都好足料架,用北海島富良野 3.7 牛奶,同埋京都宇治抹茶制作,食落潤滑唔乾涸,大滿足~~~
