生蠔勁新鮮又唔腥,淡淡海水味,無乜金屬味,走清爽而非creamy 路線,連平時唔食蠔嘅朋友都覺得唔錯❤️!不過無𠝹開埋個帶子位唔夠貼心。

🐚芥末螺肉有新鮮辣根,wasabi 味唔會太濃但又夠味夠refreshing。
食鮑魚最怕韌,呢個夠入味,軟得黎又仲有咬口👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。
🦐蝦肉彈牙,冷食都仲有鮮味,蝦腸亦已處理乾淨,不過其他海鮮實在太正,比較之下相對失色🙈。

甜品二選一,🍮焦糖布丁嘅係陽光底下好快溶,焦糖唔會苦,但布丁入面有半透明粒粒(唔知係咩黎🤔)唔夠滑,同埋第一次見布丁上面會有條草做裝飾,如果係薄荷會無咁怪異😆😆。
🍰芝士蛋糕底下有蜜糖作點綴,但點左之後會過甜。

加$158 有oyster free flow,好想瘋狂食蠔呀,但估計要全枱一齊free flow,如果全部朋友都鍾意食蠔有得諗下喎🤤🤤🤤。Champagne 都有得free flow,加$258/308就得啦。

🏞環境方面,對住維港呢個海景真係無得輸😍,不過戶外位真係無遮無掩,中午真係會曬到應一應同好熱,所以嘆下午茶會比較合適。有時間限制,入座起計兩小時,大家好好把握時間欣賞靚景~~
服務好好,唔洗叫就keep 住主動過黎加水,不過爭左少少笑容~~~
💸價錢係貴呀,但論食物同環境係物有所值嘅,久久先豪一豪都唔算好心痛嘅😅。
