To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮薑汁豬膶豬骨湯通粉

個自家製叉燒飯,個人覺得勝在個甜豉油,可能秘方關係,撈落d飯度係好味d,加上個蛋整得好滑,嗰種幸福感簡直倍增。

但真心,個叉燒係不過不失,而唔係超好味,可能我喜歡吃半肥瘦,但佢的叉燒有點瘦,所以食落去無咗嗰種油份襯托。
