Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通常出佐敦嘅目的就係去飛個靚髮,又可以喺嗰頭搵吓有咩值得食嘅小店。而某日放工飛完髮都成9:00,快快就選擇咗bookmark 咗好耐但未試嘅呢間清湯腩。Bookmark 嘅原因係因為知佢都係少有用新鮮騸牯牛嘅清湯牛腩。一般情況我都會揀食崩沙或爽腩,不過當晚去到已得返普通清湯腩河($49)食到,無問題照殺。唔駛等好耐有得食,腩嘅份量都幾多,雖然係一般牛腩位但望上去都十分靚仔,每件都帶上適量嘅脂肪位,肥瘦分明。脂肪帶濃濃嘅油香味,肥仔得嚟但又好難忍口,而腩肉都一樣係好濃牛味,無腥羶感,而且咬落唔會有渣,口感爽滑,好食。湯頭嚟講,飲落就係最純粹嘅牛肉牛骨湯味 - 無太多調味料嘅修飾,樸實嘅清甜,仲有一絲絲蘿白嘅清甜味夾雜喺入面。而的確蘿白都已經炆到透晒,吸晒湯汁,呢啲細微位就已顯得成碗粉嘅出色。最後成個湯都差唔多清晒,就我嚟講亦唔會覺得有口渴之感。但最後杯凍奶茶亦有少少驚喜,雖帶尾段少少澀,但整體茶嘅甘香都好突出,唔會太重奶,啱我口味。雖然佢哋仲有出名咖喱嘅食法,但每次見到清湯腩真心唔想錯過....
