【灣仔區】【明記海鮮飯店】有啲餐廳我係比較少寫嘅,都希望大家理解,好多時我都係自己一個人食飯,所以種類上一定係有所局限。而今次就同之前電台啲舊同事食飯,有四大一小,因此食呢啲平時比較難食到嘅打冷小菜,我都會欣然赴約嘅。首先係想講 $98 嘅「蒜蓉豆苗」,年紀大咗之後,冇得好似以前咁一味嘲笑啲食菜嘅人係弱者,自己都要食吓。而佢呢度係炒得幾正,啲豆苗索晒啲蒜蓉味,相當夾。之後 $88 嘅「豉椒炒蜆」略嫌失色,好似殼多過蜆,麻麻。個 $128 嘅「炸子雞」半隻雖然有蝦片有分加,但係啲雞都幾鞋,炸得又唔太好,唔太推薦。而 $78 嘅「香煎蠔仔餅」唔係潮式蠔餅嘅整法,整到好似蛋餅咁,唔討好。反而之後 $108 嘅「椒鹽鮮魷」就唔錯,炸到外脆內嫩。追加咗個 $98 嘅「白灼東風螺」,白灼嘅東風螺加埋個醬汁,都幾突顯到個鮮味,一粒粒咁食係幾滋味嘅。講到食呢啲大牌檔風味,又點可以缺少酒精飲品,不過大家只係淺嚐,叫咗枝 $26 嘅大「生力啤酒」就算,冇特別。仲有叫嘅飲品係罐裝嘅「玉泉忌廉」同「加多寶」,加埋 $16。咁都隊唔飽四大一小嘅,用多 $48 叫三個白飯,咁就得喇。餐飯加埋 $688,我唔覺得好
