難得過海,朋友介紹去大排檔搵食最緊要係可以泊車(´・ω・`) 好方便呢😗有冷氣嘆🤍同朋友聚會超推介炸子雞(半隻)炸子雞嘅皮都好脆,肉質幾軟(無上幾篇食評講嘅好鞋既問題喎)不過調味就唔均勻 第一塊勁咸以為重伏 但食第二、三塊味道又正常喎小炒王材料足 食落鹹香惹味好好咬口 韭菜花好好味金銀蛋白菜仔鹹蛋白、皮蛋調味 配上清淡既白菜仔依道菜好開胃(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)勁快清碟椒鹽豆腐豆腐炸得幾鬆化 香脆可口我哋當日係門口等咗一陣,9點幾入座點餐店員熱情款待 間中會嚟傾偈 不過環境比較嘈吵 我哋自己傾偈都有啲辛苦食物價錢亦唔算貴(´・ω・`)

因為放完工之後要上堂落堂已經10:00 而家已經冇乜食肆,係開到咁晏所以近近地搵咗喺鵝頸橋底食大排檔其實嗰度附近有兩間大排檔但我個人鍾意食明記我哋叫咗個豉汁蒸大鱔好夠味 鱔肉係爽口嗰隻超好撈飯另外仲叫咗個鹹蛋蒸肉餅肉餅唔算太肥 調味好夠仲有個炒芥蘭因為有落到蝦乾炒完出嚟勁香芥蘭都唔算老同場其實仲有好多其他海鮮但因為今次得我哋兩個人食唔到咁多我哋見到好多枱,都叫咗豉油王炒麵出嚟勁大碟好吸引下次可以試一試呢一個

是咁的,我在22~08~2021(星期日)晚上5:45去到灣仔明記,照舊入去坐低飲杯啤酒後出門口選海鲜,因朋友想食瀨尿蝦,諗住叫個油鹽水瀨尿蝦食吓先,但眼见放在門口的一盤瀨尿蝦不太新鲜和十分細隻,而且又無寫明價錢,當諗住選其他海鲜之際,朋友看见入門口的走廊位置放左另一盤很新鲜又大隻的瀨尿蝦在當眼處,而且还字明例牌$138,咁我哋當然後滿心歡喜地要個例牌食吓啦,跟住好戲在後面,瀨尿蝦上枱後竟然係放在門口不新鲜又細隻嗰盤,而不是我哋選較大隻而新鲜嗰盤,當時我行出去兩次追問,分別問左員工和老板,佢哋二口同声都話兩盤係一樣的,但明眼人一睇就知係唔同啦,仲佢當我哋係白痴,再爭論落去都無用,只好在無辨法之下只好用$138呢個價錢食一碟又唔新鮮又细隻嘅瀨尿蝦,被骗的感覺真不好受。 總結一下,我以前常到灣仔明記食小炒和海鮮,但經過呢次之後,我以後都唔會再來,因為佢哋的行為另我太失望了。現在香港的經濟環境那樣差,佢哋仲可以這樣欺騙客人,真是不知所謂。 如果明記老闆看见這篇食評,真的好希望你好好地反省一吓。

第二次嚟呢度食 比起第一次 感覺差好多星期五夜晚大概7:00去食 都唔使等位已經可以入去 不過去到大概八點就開始滿晒人啦 上次冇乜食到海鮮 今次就試吓☝🏼椒鹽小蝦 冇乜驚喜 感覺只有外層有椒鹽味👇🏼同樣下面都係冇乜驚喜👇🏼炒蜆 差唔多有一半都係空殼....👇🏼水煮魚腩 冇乜點食到因為實在太辣👇🏼西蘭花魚 普普通通 黎嗰陣對海鮮有一定期望 不過真係冇乜驚喜 海鮮來講真係唔合格 不過粗粗地食一餐其實都OK嘅 一分錢一分貨 成餐四個人食$700到 以咁嘅價錢來講 可以接受。因為餐廳屬於半露天嘅空間 見到近門口嘅一台係咁食煙 所以食食吓中途聞到煙味 略為無奈 應該冇下次囉

黎嗰陣對海鮮有一定期望 不過真係冇乜驚喜 海鮮來講真係唔合格 不過粗粗地食一餐其實都OK嘅 一分錢一分貨 成餐四個人食$700到 以咁嘅價錢來講 可以接受。

因為餐廳屬於半露天嘅空間 見到近門口嘅一台係咁食煙 所以食食吓中途聞到煙味 略為無奈 應該冇下次囉

每當有朋友從外地來,我就會帶他們吃香港本地的大排檔。明記坐落在銅鑼灣街市一旁,需要穿越一大片水果方能見到。門口就總有黃色衣服的叔叔們在熱情招攬客人。每次去到都有位置,坐下來自然就忍不住大點特點。一般都會吃的就是炒峴。今晚的分量頗多,而且沒有含沙,只只都有用,食到外地朋友停不了手。然後點了例牌的椒鹽瀨尿蝦,蝦的個頭很小 *(鬼叫我地窮,只叫例牌),但是依然新鮮惹味。隨後點了啫啫通菜,有强烈的蝦醬味,非常有鍋氣。最後的東風螺就一般般,不知爲何紅得緊要。總體來説開懷滿意。
