「伴水芹香素肉釀羊肚菌」野生羊肚菌為天然滋補佳品,於雲南被稱為「菇中之王」,是相當珍稀的野生食用菇類,土壤條件嚴苛,生長於海拔約 2000 至 3000 米的闊葉林地上,羊肚菌味道濃郁,除了堅果的氣息,還帶點肉香,與鮮淮山、百合、蘆筍與銀杏爆炒,清清爽甜的,味道一流😁


「乾燒遼參鮑汁脆米伴松本茸」😍 原氣遼參起釘效果夠搶眼‼️ 充滿骨膠原的原條遼參,爽口彈牙,底下是鮑魚汁炒飯,驚喜位是加內裡加了炸米通,增加脆卜卜的效果,加上原隻松本茸,散發出本身特殊的菇菌香味,令整道菜的色香味更加完滿👏🏼


「生磨合核露湯丸」核桃露濃稠,甜度剛剛好,兩顆黑芝麻湯圓皮薄帶煙韌,餡料流心夠香濃,合核香味散發出來,香味餘韻繞在口中🧡
