在金鐘處理完一點事,上了一架往北角的電車,在柯布連道落車。那裡也是灣仔站的 A3出口。望到三聯書店,街角有間 Subway,轉入譚臣道,行幾步就到。到達時上午 11:45,有位男職員忙於煎包。店面是兩邊企位設計,有 6張酒吧式高凳。點了一客 6隻招牌生煎包 ($52),2隻黑松露生煎包($33),一客蔥油拌麵 ($32)。等了兩三分鐘就有得食,熱辣辣。(要留意:店舖不收現金。我用了八達通俾錢。)招牌生煎包 ,皮薄,底煎脆,爆多汁。雖然佢枱面有提示,但人總是犯相同的錯。第一隻我一啖咬落去,爆到一枱都係汁。(臨走時我有自己抹番乾淨。)黑松露更香,可以唔蘸醋。蔥油麵,朋友想食,正常發揮。佢分左一半俾我,我加了少少辣醬。朋友覺得好滿足,我本來想再叫一個擔擔麵,但睇錯時間以為好趕,就到此為止。如果路過灣仔,會再幫襯。
