呢款和牛係用咗姬路嘅和牛西冷😍店員介紹呢款和牛係放牧飼養,可以保留返肉味,食落都無咁膩~試完之後都好同意,和牛食落唔覺膩之餘,仲帶點鮮甜,配埋日本無菌蛋一齊食,滑溜之餘又有蛋香🥰

蟹黃磯煮鮑魚伴日本花山烏冬
蟹黃蟹肉份量好多🤩
用上大閘蟹蟹黃,混合毛蟹同阿拉斯加蟹肉,味道唔會太鹹,反而蟹味香濃同時滲透鮮甜味!蟹肉吸收晒蟹黃醬汁,好正🥰而磯煮鮑魚係以醬油昆布慢火炆煮,鎖住湯汁之餘,肉質仲好鮮嫩彈牙👍🏻

之前喺日本唔夠時間食花山烏冬🥹呢度補返數!
花山烏冬有別於一般烏冬,係一款寬五公分嘅烏龍麵嚟,今次都係第一次食到😆將花山烏冬撈落蟹黃一齊食,吸收晒蟹黃汁嘅精華,麵條食落滑溜爽口又多汁🤤好幸福呀!🤍
