To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為荃灣友,就用米芝蓮推介的荃灣榮安做個比較,而柴灣源記有過之而無不及同事推薦嘅餐廳。星期五晚八點半,甚是爆場,一排面壁站加中間四人枱,堂食約坐到10個客左右。落外賣嘅電話響過不停,一直有客在店外等外賣。冷氣勁大風,吹到個頭有啲痛。雖然得一個姐姐做樓面,又忙到hihi, 但服務還不錯。落完單都要等5分鐘左右先上菜,唔似一般車仔麵店夾夾夾即叫即有。叫咗三餸,豬頸肉、鹵水雞翼同齋,河粉底小辣汁,$30。份量超多,豬頸肉看來是招牌菜,因為在餐牌上只有豬頸肉有加「回味」呢個形容詞,的確幾令人回味,脆邊惹味,肉嫰香口。齋也有三大嚿,吸湯一流。雞翼非常淋身入味,阿婆無牙都食到。招牌辣汁其實係一pat極濃沙爹醬嘅質地,要攪均落個湯度,雖然係小辣,但我已經流哂鼻水,好在呢度有免費紙巾供應。最特色係個湯有啲細細蝦乾仔,第一眼仲以為係炸蒜,為個湯帶嚟獨得的咸香鮮味。
