「明閣」已久仰大名的米芝蓮一星中菜廳，那天朋友去川 spa 前跟她先享用水療套餐$285一位，個人認為物有所值，質素非常好。蝦餃、鹹水角、炒飯充滿驚喜😋好好味❗️（必食推介）✧點心拼盤：蝦餃、鹹水角、菠菜餃▫️蝦餃皮不算太薄但勝在夠煙韌，蝦肉夠彈牙又juicy 咬入口會爆汁👍🏾 鹹水角外層酥脆內裏煙韌多餡✧老火湯▫️蕃茄薯仔瘦肉湯，味道都幾濃✧黑皮雞樅菌炒蝦球▫️蝦球爽滑彈牙，味道偏清淡✧窩燒鮑魚粒瑤柱燴飯▫️師傅炒得非常好，飯粒分明，雖然係燴飯但不會太濕，餡料充足每啖都食到瑤柱和鮑魚粒✧蛋白杏仁茶
