最近鍾意同朋友捐窿捐罅搵嘢食,呢間泰國菜係朋友介紹嘅,聽聞都好多年啦,廚師係泰國人,煮出來嘅菜式相對正宗,而且見門口排滿人,相信該區都頗受歡迎。泰式豬頸肉米紙卷,餐廳姐姐大力推薦呢個菜式,果然豬頸肉烤得肉質爽而不韌,十分惹味,用米紙卷包住豬頸肉、生菜一齊食,口感豐富,配上泰式醬汁更好味。燒大鱔,大鱔烤得皮脆肉嫩,猛火將大鱔的油脂壓迫出來,吃起來更加香口。豬手飯,讚賞十足的菜式,見不少人會外賣豬手飯帶走,豬手肉厚卻煮得很軟腍,配上特製醬汁,我都忍不住一口接一口。脆肉炒椰菜苗,椰菜苗是泰國餐廳經常食到的蔬菜,用脆肉去炒椰菜苗,多了一層肉香,椰菜苗若軟身一些會口感更好。椰皇沙冰,一飲就知足料,用上整個椰皇攪拌而成,混合沙冰,又好飲又冰涼!金坊泰國美食的食物份量十足,街坊價格,今次我兩個人去食,下次試吓叫多兩個朋友,就可以叫多幾款不同菜式啦。
