To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌗車仔麵套餐C （四餸加粉麵） $45 凍飲加$2如果想自由搭配餸嘅話就唔好揀餐，因為套餐嘅選擇唔多，勝左份量夠大，揀左牛腩、蘿蔔、生菜、芝士腸，牛腩份量尤其足料，大概有四五大件；蘿蔔清甜舊舊都無渣！辣椒醬🌶係分裝係湯匙之內，辣度可隨自己喜好再增減。🌖招牌鮮煎餃子（8 隻） $40 餃子有分椰菜餃同韮菜餃，可以揀雙拼。餃子皮薄餡多，外皮煎得香脆，咬落仲識滴汁。椰菜餃清爽鮮味，韮菜餃味道濃烈，煎餃本身就會比較油，但點左醋就油膩感減半。🌖招牌鮮炸肉丸 $28肉丸勁鬆軟，軟綿綿到無牙都食到呀！內裡鬆軟但外面炸得香脆，比起宜家傢俬嘅招牌肉丸，呢個絕對更勝一籌‼️美中不足係配菜方面選擇左酸醃蔬菜，如果配搭紅莓醬就真係無得頂😍！OMG！唔記得咗問老闆有冇賣急凍肉丸，等我放係屋企隨時拎出黎食。🌗蒜泥白肉 $28呢道小食不太推介，肉切得唔夠薄又太乾，蒜係蒜粒而非蒜泥，食完嚇唔走吸血鬼喎。📢車仔麵以外其實仲有飯餐架，唔好比個舖頭名呃左😆。
