To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我絕對唔可以只食西餐，茶記一樣愛，一樣要中餐（偶然都想像下我係外國生活會點）。午餐用甲乙丙丁，講埋湯俾你知係咩。間鋪都大，我坐呢邊似另外租，明顯要邊裝修好唔一樣。有啲餐都幾特別，見到隔離枱全部都係撈丁，撈丁絕對有市場。朋友叫麻婆豆腐，佢一睇就睇中呢個，隻碟好靚，佢話唔錯，都幾香，都幾夠料。我又係沙嗲牛，真係戒唔到。唔錯，正常，牛都算多，腸仔係有煎過，所以夠香。炒蛋ok，多士正常，我叫左奶茶，都幾香。服務算唔錯，都會介紹下有咩好推介。
