To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⭐【賞茶】X【癲噹】抵飲台式手搖飲品⭐台式手搖飲品在香港真是愈開愈多，其中【賞茶】在香港已經有很多分店，店鋪走文青插畫路線。最近【賞茶】與香港本地人氣插畫【癲噹】聯乘推出一系列嘅【賞茶妹妹x癲噹】禮品，而飲品杯上亦印有插畫，非常可愛而且有本土特色😍。本身我很喜歡飲黑糖及奶蓋的飲品，所以選了黑糖奶蓋賞紅茶，竟然令我一試愛上😍，而結論是這杯飲品👉🏼重點是要徹底攪均、攪均、攪均後才品嚐出它的真味道😋。🥣波霸芋圓仙草凍（HK$26）⭐有很多波霸珍珠，極黑的黑糖珍珠，圓圓的一粒不會稀爛，入口有嚼勁。⭐仙草沒有苦澀味，極滑溜，滑了落喉嚨的感覺。⭐芋圓煙韌有咬口，地瓜及紫薯味道不算濃郁，而芋頭芋圓相對地較有味口感亦特別。⭐整碗甜品份量不算少，性價比高便宜足料，想吃甜品時我想我會想起它😍。🥤黑糖奶蓋賞紅茶(少冰) （HK$30）整杯飲品容量頗大，打開飲品蓋後，面層已經有一層非常厚實的黑糖味奶蓋，奶蓋亦帶點鹹鹹的味道，茶底是用上紅茶，入口茶味不濃比較清淡，感覺有點普通，但整杯飲品攪均後飲用時，竟然非常之好味，紅茶味沒有蓋過黑糖的味道，這配搭真的令人一試愛上💖。🇭🇰【賞茶】A Nice Gift 📍九
