如果近年係灣仔返工返學嘅朋友都可能對「慶吉家」呢個名好熟識~一間用$50咁上下就可以食到高質拉麵嘅小店,基本上日日午餐時間學生哥同打工仔都要鬥快去霸位!而我近排唔係果邊返工,最近先知佢地由迷你地鋪搬左上樓,變咗大大間,坐得好舒適!。其實佢地有好多嘢食,日式定食,飯類,小食,燒物都有~而第一次嚟我會推介一定要試拉麵,佢地啲拉麵超啱我口味!我覺得佢係港式日本拉麵入面搵到一個好好嘅平衡點,豬骨湯做得有誠意,配簡單配菜例如粟米,昆布咁,而你揀邊個餸都係好好食,無論係雞扒,豬軟骨,牛肉定叉燒~呢到都可以提一提佢地啲叉燒都唔似日本做法,而係似日式叉燒混合咗腩肉質感咁,嫰過日式做法,可以話係突破咗大家對拉麵叉燒嘅想像~。總結啦,佢係一間價格親民而服務有人情味嘅高質小店,其實就應該好多灣仔打工仔都識去~如果唔識嘅,睇咗我今次推介都要去試佢一試!順帶一提,呢排佢地玩緊儲印仔換口罩活動,如果成班同事咁去,食一兩餐都已經換到1 pack仔
