真心好耐冇食過咁高質嘅串燒,幾乎都燒到啱啱好,鎖死曬肉汁之餘又夠味。今次呢間居酒屋唔算好大間,但入面裝修同食物都非常高質,仲好有儀式感。———————————————🌟吞雲吐霧 $68呢個平時正常係唔會叫,但真係見到好多人食而且仲有得打卡就叫咗嚟試,一試就好有驚喜。佢係用蘋果木煙燻芝士粒,再配搭炸紫菜,芝士粒放入口果下真係令人眼前一亮,煙燻味好香好濃,連同芝士本身嘅店香真係無得頂,配埋酥脆嘅紫菜口感更豐富。.🌟松葉蟹肉拌拖羅蓉 $98蟹肉同拖羅大家互相唔會搶味,上面有咸咸地嘅黃金飛魚子,基本上係唔洗點豉油就已經夠曬味。.🌟生蠔 $68/隻呢個蠔係日本嘅室津蠔,上面配有酸酸甜甜嘅木魚花啫喱,成個放入口真係又肥美又鮮甜,令人回味無窮。.🌟螢光魷魚沖水金漬 $48好耐冇試過食螢光魷魚,味道好濃郁而且仲要一咬就爆汁😍.🌟三點貝刺身盛 $238作為一個貝類愛好者見到真係一定要叫,三種貝分別係帆立貝、北寄貝同赤貝,全部都係新鮮開出嚟。最令我難忘就係北寄貝,本身真係好大個切完都有好多件,而且食落好爽口彈牙仲好鮮甜。.🌟串燒串燒整體都好多汁好好味,特別推薦叫咗個太刀魚汁燒,算係一種香港居酒屋比較少有嘅

串燒整體都好多汁好好味,特別推薦叫咗個太刀魚汁燒,算係一種香港居酒屋比較少有嘅串燒,燒到皮香肉嫩都幾唔錯。另外個人認為雞腿肉都唔可以錯過,比雞翼更正,一啖咬落去大舊肉仲有油汁滲出超正。

呢間居酒屋整體食物都真係稱得上好高質,價錢方面其實係有個別菜式會貴少少,但整體其實性價比都算高,雞肉串燒基本上都係$30,日式居酒屋黎講真係物美價廉,要大大力推薦👍🏻
