聽到個組合已經feel到呢道前菜有幾矜貴😂
齋睇海膽造型嘅碗仔就大概估到材料啦
一大球嘅魚子醬上用金箔點綴 再落係龍蝦啫喱 海膽 同椰菜花mousse
用貝殼匙羹一口食哂每種食材嘅鮮味 超滿足
小編就覺得擺盤有大中細嘅白色碟有少少似水嘅漣漪
好貼合海鮮呢個主題 不過藝術就非常主觀嘅😛
除咗就咁食之外佢另外有一個海帶脆片
下面嘅石頭已經烘熱可以keep返脆片嘅溫度
的確係好細心 不愧係米芝蓮餐廳嘅服務🥰

說實話麵包環節方面有少少失望
一般米芝連餐廳都有好幾款麵包俾你選妃咁揀
可能係對自己嘅出品有自信 所以呢一度只有一款麵包配一款牛油
外面的確好香脆 內裏亦都非常之軟熟 係好食嘅
但作為米芝蓮餐廳來講就略嫌普通咗少少🤏

唔中意肉臟嘅朋友就未必中意啦🧐
鹿肉本來嘅味道就係肉味好濃 小編就覺得加埋肝嘅醬有少少腥

一開頭係用無花果葉蓋住 隱約多左份神秘感
就咁食無花果真係比較少 完全無諗過無花果可以咁好食😍
莓果同果香味超級濃郁! 不過就會越食越甜
所以另外會配搭一個睇落勁似蠟燭嘅檸檬sorbet

呢到既petit fours 有別於其他fine dining 一口4件既甜品
👉第一款係店員即席溝既梅酒
店員會係席前將梅酒放入裝滿冰既杯内攪拌 確保夠哂凍!
雖然酒精濃度都高但就好易入口
👉Madeleines可以話係小編食過最好食
外面有少少酥脆焦香 入面又好鬆化
甜而不膩 味道不錯~
👉亞麻籽夾餅有好多nuts 入面滿滿朱古力醬 去到最後食呢個餅就真係會有點漏~
👉冰鎮時令水果 唔算好甜不過不失

可能係習慣左速食文化 一餐飯食4個鍾真係會開始有點審美疲勞😂
不過米芝蓮餐廳既服務的確好好 每道菜之前店員都會介紹下
(但係d英文講得好快 真係要做定功課先去食哈哈)
