我鍾意据扒，朋友帶我去「岩盤牛扒」食和牛扒餐🥩。餐廳主打牛扒、仲有火鍋同牛肉丼。揀完牛扒，店員即叫即切牛扒，同埋以克計價錢，幾抵食！餐廳有牛扒櫃，見到各款不同部位嘅牛扒🥩任揀，店員安排切割同計重量，新鮮嘅牛扒放於熱騰騰嘅岩盤鐵板。我哋找座位坐住等拎餐，牛扒可按生熟嘅喜好喺鐵板加炙熱，切開就食得。鐵板熱騰騰將牛扒熱炙，配料揀咗洋蔥🧅，側邊仲有粟米粒🌽。食落牛扒肉質鮮嫩，有濃郁牛肉味而且好juicy，加入醬汁更加惹味，牛扒餐配溫泉蛋同白飯，十分之豐富！岩盤牛扒地址：屯門良德街寶怡花園地下15-16號舖
