佐敦分店喺籃球場旁邊,裝修由外到內都有日本特色,木質裝潢加上柔和燈光,仲有一張圍住廚房嘅吧枱。近期拉麵湯底都講究咗唔少,再唔係只得豬骨濃湯,雞白湯都受到好多人喜愛。雞白湯要好長時熬製都真係心機之作,配上金鶴拉麵特色嘅大大舊牛蒡。💡北海道 - 蟹湯拉麵 $138身為蟹迷嘅我,見到蟹湯甘願唔試招牌雞白湯。上枱個陣出晒煙,一堆蟹肉喺中間,兩塊紫菜同一塊大叉燒。蟹肉嚟自北海道,食落都幾鮮甜,但真係太碎,一夾麵就跌晒入喲湯到就唔見晒。拉麵麵質唔係我最愛,但都可以接受,叉燒不過不失,溏心蛋合格嘅。湯底偏向清甜,口感比較濃稠,但感覺少咗幾粒鹽去提升個鮮味,整體有啲淡。💡雞白湯沾麵 $138男朋友叫咗雞白湯沾麵,我以為得我一碗淡,點知佢連沾汁都好淡,的確有雞純滑乳白濃縮精華,味道都有香醇順滑,但就欠缺鹽去提升個鮮味。雖然好掛汁,但食落都係冇咩味咁。叉燒同我個碗一樣,雞白湯另外仲有塊雞肉,但完全好似白烚咁。對於重口味嘅我,就應該唔會再食了,我諗適合啲鍾意食到食物原味又重味冇咁重嘅人。

男朋友叫咗雞白湯沾麵,我以為得我一碗淡,點知佢連沾汁都好淡,的確有雞純滑乳白濃縮精華,味道都有香醇順滑,但就欠缺鹽去提升個鮮味。雖然好掛汁,但食落都係冇咩味咁。叉燒同我個碗一樣,雞白湯另外仲有塊雞肉,但完全好似白烚咁。

對於重口味嘅我,就應該唔會再食了,我諗適合啲鍾意食到食物原味又重味冇咁重嘅人。
