To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日係銅鑼灣Greenhouse快閃食咗個飯🍽循例都寫吓,起碼都知自己啲脂肪係點黎😢🌟酥炸「富貴鴨」伴森巴醬配黑松露炒飯 ($238)失望了😞明明第一次食好好味。炸鴨脆嘅 味道ok,肉質偏乾。個飯無咩黑松露味,口感都怪怪地。🌟炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬 ($68)一如既往好食,份量夠兩人食好滿足。都係果句,太少醬😩🌟Banana Créme Brûlée ($98)有驚喜😳上嘅時候會有店員幫你點火。燉蛋好滑🥚焦糖入口微苦之後甜番,香蕉增添咗啲果香味。好食過個梳乎厘😙附上杯濃縮咖啡☕️想味道再有層次啲可以加,小編覺得唔加已經夠苦了😇
