To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮想食酸辣粉，去到發現原來除咗酸辣粉之外，亦多咗一啲小菜可供選擇(例如：雞煲、烤魚、小龍蝦等等)，於是試一試😆～.🔸雞煲(半隻)🍲] (HK$139)呢款雞煲可揀選一隻雞/半隻雞，雖然點咗半隻雞，但份量比想像中嘅多🙌🏻。雞件都沾滿醬汁，食落熱辣辣又惹味！仲要去餐廳果日做緊優惠，HK$99就食到，十分抵食👍🏻!.🔸 (HK$42)呢個酸辣粉幾大碗，上面滿佈花生、肉碎、榨菜、蔥、芫茜等等配料。而薯粉吸湯，每啖食落都充滿酸、麻、辣，愈食愈上癮😍～.🔸 (HK$35)點咗例牌嘅份量，有好多海蜇，食落好爽口。同樣掛滿麻辣油，令人食完一啖接一啖😋。.🔸 (HK$29)走嘅時候喺收銀處附近見到有得賣自家製嘅辣椒油，心思思就買咗一樽，咁就返到屋企都可以食到重慶風味啦😁～
