原粒帶子幾有心思咁放上可掀蓋嘅貝殼上,面頭仲加左的魚子醬同海膽,不過就略嫌海膽比較腥

以各種香草香料調味嘅春雞,肉質唔會太乾柴,雞肉就咁食就會比較淡味,點醬汁食會更加好

▪️HIYAMA A5 Wagyu Striploin | 日山A5和牛西冷 +$158
A5和牛西冷油脂感幾豐盈,係一次就切到到底嘅淋身程度,入口會食到唔少肉汁但肉味未到想像中咁濃,個人傾向鍾意點佢哋甜甜地嘅燒汁~
