To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到一年一度食大閘蟹嘅季節,晨早就搵定幾間食店,今次見呢間順路就試咗呢間先。首先都係一人一碟鮑魚西蘭花、蟹粉扒豆苗同埋金湯小米遼參。 鮑魚算易入口冇un胃,豆苗幾靚,個湯就普通但勝在有d遼參咁。 另外仲送咗隻花雕熟醉蟹,係就係多膏但凍咗認真麻麻。等緊大閘蟹嚟嘅時間就食住片皮鴨先,味道還好,但係勝在俾得多。 其實都有其他小菜小食,但都係留肚食蟹好。大閘蟹終於出場,有幾款口味💠油鹽焗:幾香,聞落似牛油味。💠太雕蒸: 同清蒸冇咩分別🤣因為食唔到咩味💠清蒸 入座前問過d蟹係3兩幾,原本都冇乜期望,點知全部都係雌蟹之餘仲多膏‼️ 總共叫咗3x隻,當中有兩隻係壞,算係咁。另外加咗$78要咗支250ml太雕酒,飲落都幾甜。甜品方面試咗紅棗糕唔錯,紅棗味重唔算好甜。 但薑茶地瓜就甜到要溝茶/水。呂宋香芒布甸係兒時食嗰種味道,加上花奶好正。
