每次經過「棋子」都會被玻璃窗的燒鵝吸引住,這次亦不例外,見燒餓肥肥胖胖,簡直令人口水直流,就帶著媽媽入內開餐。原隻燒鵝髀飯棋子的燒鵝是採用煙燻製作,配合獨門研發秘方醃製,所以燒鵝髀色澤金紅,入口啖啖肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,最重要是皮薄豐腴,甘香不膩。桂香切雞(半隻)雞肉鮮甜嫩滑,能夠吃出雞食本身的油香及肉香,感覺原汁原味,最重要是雞皮爽滑,脂肪量不多,蘸上薑葱油,非常滋味。全日常餐常餐包括樽子叉燒意粉、棋子炒蛋/煎雙蛋及火腿、牛油厚多士或牛油方包及飲品樽子叉燒意粉叉燒片肥瘦厚薄適中,肉質軟淋不柴,帶有蜜汁甜香,湯底挺鮮,讚。棋子炒蛋炒蛋又香又滑,入口有濃郁蛋香,蛋汁亦夠豐富。
