妹豬仔發現金百利嗰度新開咗一間日式餐廳,於是拉埋男朋友去咗呢間餐廳食晚飯🥢~餐廳佈置上十分日式🇯🇵,加入咗好多日本元素,由門面嘅小燈籠🏮,以至牆上嘅裝飾貼紙,都充滿日本情懷。而我哋坐喺包廂座位,所以坐得好舒服☺️!.🔸 (HK$118)薄切嘅油甘魚,淋上又多又香濃嘅黑松露汁,係餐廳之一。油甘魚同黑松露汁兩樣冇關係嘅嘢,原來味道好夾😆,仲增加咗油甘魚嘅鮮味😋,係令人驚喜嘅菜式!.🔸 (HK$88)清酒煮蜆係去日式餐廳/居酒屋常點和食之一。雖然唔知點解冇好似menu上面咁用紙鍋嚟盛住啲清酒煮蜆🙈,而係改用熱鍋盛住,但個鍋依然夠晒熱辣辣🔥。個鍋份量好足,冇確實數過但大概有15-20隻蜆左右,而每隻蜆都大大粒,蜆肉肥美又鮮甜👍🏻!.🔸 (HK$98)甲羅燒係將蟹蓋放去爐上面燒🦀,唔係間間日式餐廳有得食(今次妹豬仔都係第一次食甲羅燒咋😝)~蟹蓋盛載咗:蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹鉗、蟹籽,喺爐上面燒熱一陣之後,就可以撈勻再搽上多士🥖度一齊食。呢個甲羅燒燒緊嗰陣已經聞到好香,到入口嗰陣蟹味好濃,味道鮮甜,而多士好香脆,兩者一齊食真係好滋味😍!.🔸 (HK$168)魚生丼有十幾款可以選擇,真係令妹豬仔選擇困難症發作

魚生丼有十幾款可以選擇,真係令妹豬仔選擇困難症發作唔知揀邊個好🤨,最後揀咗呢個同店名相同嘅魚生丼——[富士山丼] (因為覺得個名一樣嘅話,就應該係特色/招牌之選🤣)。

呢個魚生丼簡直係個超級豐富嘅雜錦丼🤤,當中包括:油甘魚、三文魚、吞拿魚腩、魷魚🦑、北寄貝、玉子🥚、海膽、帆立貝、蟹鉗、三文魚籽、熟蝦、赤蝦.....等等。一個丼嘅用料有咁多又新鮮,都只係HK$168,非常抵食👍🏻!
