秋天一到,令人食慾大開, 乘機同熱愛日本料理的好友,一嚐時令Omakase的風采! <道鮨>是高質日式餐廳,簡樸木色裝潢,格調高雅,我們坐在bar檯前,觀摩師傅的刀工和手藝,別有一番滋味。我們點了$1300元的Omakase,有前菜、六款刺身、燒物、酢物、六款壽司等,令人莫名期待。前菜有三小碟,菠菜三文魚清甜,配上綿蓉的三文魚,十分開胃;魚餅煙韌彈牙,淋上微辣的芥末醬,更是惹味;若帶竹筍清爽多汁,甘甜脆感像馬蹄,每款都很醒胃。第一道刺身: Wasabi漬水八爪魚,切成薄片,質感爽口、帶嚼勁,沾上Wasabi,泛辣並提鮮。底部墊有青檸,中和了辣味,特別清新。第二道刺身: 鮫鰈,薄切至晶瑩剔透,肉質細嫩柔軟,吃下去啖啖清甜,沾上酸醬汁,令人食慾大增! 第三道刺身: 石垣貝,厚身潔白,入口鮮甜,口感酷像海蜇,質感爽口而帶嚼勁。第四道刺身: 火炙太刀魚,用刀切成割痕,用火槍燒至焦香,魚皮帶燶而香口,魚油被迫出,魚味濃郁而不油膩,灑上岩鹽點綴,甘香惹味。第五道刺身:珍蠔,蠔身圓潤、肥美,入口飽滿令人垂涎,軟糯的質感,盡是鮮甜。裙邊十分爽脆,吱上清檸汁,更加吸引。第六道刺身:拖羅,

燒物: 蟹膏醬燒大蝦,即時製作,熱霧中散發誘人蟹膏鮮香。 大蝦表面填滿焦香蟹膏,蝦肉軟嫰,被濃郁的蟹膏完美包裹著,能一口品嚐滑溜蝦肉及惹味蟹香,真是雙重享受!

第四道壽司: 右口魚邊壽司,裙邊口感最好吃,因為活動量較高。魚肉被火炙後,入口散發魚油甘香,鮮甜之餘,配上BB蔥及明太子,新鮮而惹味。
