上海菜都算係我地成日食既,今次就去左位於太子始創中心既夏麵館蒸/炸銀絲卷 $26 1條 呢個絕對係指定必叫,炸得外脆內軟,入面唔會索晒啲油變淋。 其實重點係碟煉奶,唔夠仲可以要多一碟,試過有啲餐廳唔提供嬲死人。 蟹粉小籠包 $38 2隻有得揀叫兩件,咁就唔怕食唔晒,又可以試多啲其他菜式。 識食揀係揀蟹粉小籠包,除左濃郁肉汁,更有蟹肉跟蟹粉提升整體既鮮味皮尚算適中,入面包住大量嘅肉汁,食既時候記得要小心熱。 花雕醉雞 $66干扁四季豆 $58 炒得乾身,但唔會係乾哂個種,有肉碎/蝦米,豆夠嫩唔會有渣。 如果淨食會有少少鹹,但配上飯/麵食就岩岩好。 排骨擔擔麵 $65 除咗平時既上海麵,更可以免費轉淮山麵。 排骨啖啖肉,肉唔會痴牙,揀左小辣,湯底有花生醬味但略嫌唔夠濃厚。 仲有兩款朋友指定食嘅 高力豆沙$38 炸物確實幾出色,外層金黃色,外脆內軟。 豆沙夠細滑,唔會甜到牙痛。 酸辣湯 $30因為我唔食辣又唔好酸,慶幸有超貼心既1人份量,朋友就可以獨自享受。見到非常足料,朋友酸辣度好合適,非常開胃。 原來仲有網上限定菜式,記得預訂:https://bit.ly/2Y5ykBu
