今日約咗朋友去中菜廳大公館食飯,不過今次去既係佢地別館。.新既副線火鍋品牌,於人氣中菜廳大公館內,劃出特定區域享用火鍋.由行政總廚陳偉庭師傅主理,特別設計了八款特色的湯底選擇 Private Club 私隱度極高,環境寧靜.分開晚飯區同火鍋區,唔驚會成身打邊爐味,貼心抵讚.Thick Chicken with Fish Maw Broth 花膠濃湯雞鍋 $288 奶白色既濃湯加入鮮嫩軟滑啖啖肉既雞件, 花膠初時比較硬,之後就愈來愈淋骨膠原up up.  湯底鮮甜,飲多2碗先開始打邊爐Homemade meat ball platter 招牌四寶丸 $128 *脆骨烏雞丸、芥末豬肉丸、芫荽牛肉丸、芝心墨魚丸.有別一般既平時既手打丸,特別係脆骨烏雞丸,口感特別彈口有雞軟骨既感覺Fish Skin dumplings stuffed with shrimps 鮮蝦魚皮餃 $48 煙韌既魚皮,包住鮮蝦肉 juicy!  U.S SRF Black wagyu Hanging tender 美國極黑和牛封門柳 Local Beef Chuck 本地新鮮牛肉一牛頸脊封門柳肉質較有口感,牛味較為濃郁
