由於Club Med 之旅食唔到生蝦🦐,阿叔決定返嚟點都要食一次,哈!🤣🤣🤣跟朋友嚟咗呢間位於上環一酒店入邊嘅泰國餐廳🇹🇭,餐廳由前泰王御廚團隊主理,曾連續五年赢得米芝蓮星級推介,可以話來頭一啲都唔細。😮😮😮🦐泰式生蝦 ($178) 呢度嘅生蝦刺身一碟有8隻,隻隻都新鮮肥美,食嘅時候建議連埋蒜片、沾埋泰式酸辣汁一齊食,非常開胃惹味!🤤🤤🤤🐖火辣泰式火山骨 ($138) 餐廳嘅招牌菜式之一,賣相成座山咁⛰️,夠晒吸睛。排骨用上泰式香料熬煮,加埋製酸辣醬汁,入口唔單止肉質軟嫩,而且味道酸酸辣辣,好辣人士值得一試。😉😉😉🦀咖喱軟殼蟹配農夫包 ($188) 份量十足嘅另一主菜,以麵包裝住金黃色嘅咖喱炒軟殼蟹🦀。咖喱加入雞蛋,洋蔥,蒜頭,大蔥等配料,味道特別香濃又唔會太辣;麵包吸晒咖喱汁,外脆內軟,連埋軟殼蟹一齊食,一軟一硬,口感層次豐富。😋😋😋
