To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於大角咀嘅拉麵店,由兩公婆👨🏻‍🦱👩🏻親自經營,一直以嚟,本著親民嘅價錢,真誠嘅態度用心♥️服務,而且堅持用上日本🇯🇵進口食材,所以開業將近九年依然屹立不倒。💪🏼.呢度主打北海道傳統味噌拉麵🍜,以 #扎榥牛油拉麵 同埋 #扎榥螃蟹拉麵 最受大家歡迎😍。上星期阿叔👨🏾夜晚嚟度,叫咗份拉麵晚餐 ($130),套餐除咗包一碗拉麵🍜外,仲有一份小食🥟、自家製薯仔沙律🥗同汽水🥤,價錢都幾抵食。.🍜扎榥螃蟹拉麵 – 成碗拉麵有4條手指咁長嘅蟹棒🦀、溫泉蛋🥚、大量大蔥同粟米粒🌽。非常足料。網上搵資料,呢度嘅味噌湯底每日用上幾十公斤嘅豬排骨同埋蔬菜熬煮至少十個鐘而成,所以味道非常濃😋,而且好得意地仲帶有少少辣味添!麵條就嚟自北海道嘅鹼水條,麵質唔算好粗夠彈力,比起某啲拉麵店嘅麵條浸多一陣湯就會發脤,呢款果然夠高質👍🏽。.#自家製餃子 – 如果大家揀小食,阿叔強烈建議💁🏻‍♂️你哋試吓呢度嘅日式餃子🥟。每隻都係老闆親自包,隻隻都脹卜卜,塞滿餡料,食晒4隻連成碗拉麵,包你飽到嘔!☺️
