To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六瞓醒，差唔多中午，又到食飯時間。唔想煮，咁就同老婆落街搵食啦。不過唔知食乜，萬無目的咁遊蕩，黎到水街。都幾多選擇，經過猜包剪揼決定後，✊vs✌️就入左金祥。呢間野喺水街口，黄底紅字招牌，平時經過都幾顯眼，外面裝潢冇乜特別都係貼滿野食相。但入到去，玻璃枱面木圓枱，懷舊sofa卡位，感覺幾老牌麵店feel。行左一輪，已經好Q餓，喇喇淋坐底睇餐牌，發覺款式都唔少。不過唔洗諗，叫個最多餸既，餓丫麻~我就叫左個牛腩水餃排骨麵，老婆就叫左冬菇雞球排骨麵。見到門口招牌煎餃子張相，一於叫埋啦～個麵黎到時就知大鑊了....原來排骨(即係豬扒)係分開上，即係我地有兩碟。嘩...正呀～好多餸呀～ 個排骨好鬆脆，油味唔濃，幾好~ 水餃大大粒，牛腩夠腍唔怕鞋，雞球又夠入味，份量唔係少~ 兩個食完都真算捧住個肚走。金祥真係唔錯，cp值高，可以翻食。下一次會叫個鯪魚肉腐皮卷試試~
