一般去食おまかせ無$500都唔會落到樓,但今日去呢間おまかせ嘅lunch只係$300到。呢個價錢呢個服務呢個環境,講真性價比真係好高。今日因爲比較多人一齊食,所以無得坐bar枱,壽司唔會一件件咁由師傅放喺你面前,而改為一碟幾件咁上。當然咁樣食比起bar枱即整即食無咁perfect啦。不過店員都好有心機咁逐件逐件壽司介紹👍🏻前菜-豆腐沙律豆腐整碎左加入醬汁放喺沙律菜上,好清新開胃九洲真蠔用左土佐啫喱同魚子鋪喺生蠔上面,雖然個啫喱同魚子好好食,同埋隻蠔無咩海水味,但我始終覺得生蠔要就咁食先食得出鮮味。食落口感有d雪左好耐嘅冰爽,所以整體黎講唔太喜歡。(右起)池魚加左薑蓉,但池魚本身唔夠厚身同juicy深海池魚上面橙色嘅係魚肝,對於重口味嘅我黎講幾正,因為比較咸,同埋魚生厚厚一片,唔錯帆立貝加左柚子嘅帆立貝令到肉質更清新同爽口bb銀雪魚用左炙燒去處理,面頭配左wasabi漬,加埋個汁好好食(右起)海膽松葉蟹估唔到原來海膽同整碎左嘅松葉蟹係咁夾,個海膽好新鮮,一個字,正!甜蝦 蝦爪 蝦膏師傅將蝦爪炸左放喺甜蝦上面,個甜蝦好肥美Toro個Toro好多魚油好juicy,完全唔駛點野都已經好夠味黑松

九洲真蠔
用左土佐啫喱同魚子鋪喺生蠔上面,雖然個啫喱同魚子好好食,同埋隻蠔無咩海水味,但我始終覺得生蠔要就咁食先食得出鮮味。食落口感有d雪左好耐嘅冰爽,所以整體黎講唔太喜歡。

呢個海膽反而無之前個海膽咁好食,唔係幾夠甜味,不過都好鮮海膽味好重,略嫌有d過份冰凍

呢個手卷不得了!我十分推薦!手卷入面係一層層,最面係三文魚子,然後係天婦羅碎碎,最底係吞拿魚魚蓉。三文魚子好新鮮好甜,一路食d吞拿魚魚油一路漏出黎,勁香勁好食!😋
