To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工收好夜，收左工已經好肚餓，諗住食車仔麵填補空虛嘅肚，同埋上次食過都覺得幾好食。但今次食，真係好難忘，我叫左一個三餸麵，叫咗魷魚魚皮餃同牛肚，一份魚蛋魷魚蘿蔔，同一枝樽仔奶茶。點知佢第一次黎話冇魚皮餃咁我就轉左魚腐，第二次黎話冇魚腐，我話算啦唔使啦，我原本都唔諗住計較，但我等左半個鐘，連新黎嗰枱客都有得食，我都仲未有，都算。碗野一黎到，我真係火都黎🔥🔥🔥碗粉既分量係想像唔到嘅少，食完都等於冇食過，我唔係啲好大食嘅人，一碗粉我都夠飽，但份量真係好少，幾啖就食唒。個湯底最過分，係完全冇味，我叫左腩汁同辣，但完全一啲味同一啲辣都感受唔到，同我想像中嘅明明車仔麵好大分別，完全難食到一個地步，識我嘅人都知道我對食冇乜要求，但呢碗粉真係完全接受唔到！最終個魚蛋蘿蔔魷魚同樽仔奶茶係不翼而飛。不過我承認當時係真係好忙，而且我係11點幾去。但我都係想簡簡單單食碗飽肚嘅粉，要求都唔算過分，但呢次真係好離譜，我希望可以改善下，因為印象中，上次食佢另一間分店係真係好好食
