今日做完yoga,朋友話帶我去試新嘢,今日食中餐,一間非常光猛嘅中餐廳,又唔會好嘈,好適合多人嘅聚會睇完成個menu後,發現有個套餐有好多喜歡食嘅嘢,決定叫這個,$638,有以下嘅食物杏汁燉膠白肺湯焗釀鮮響螺翡翠炒龍躉鮮斑球豉汁蒸帶子豆腐揚州炒飯西米焗布甸生磨杏汁雪山包杏汁花膠燉白肺湯 有白肺、花膠、瘦肉及鳳爪,非常足料!火喉足,杏仁味濃,又清甜,花膠厚身焗釀鮮響螺店員話呢個餸好出名,聽經理講,廚師一日要釀成百幾隻㗎自從細個食過之後,材料好豐富,入面有蝦、蟹肉、螺肉、紅蘿蔔粒、白汁、芝士,有中有西式材料,焗到金黃色,仲有溶咗嘅芝士,好吸引翡翠炒龍躉鮮斑球龍躉片好厚身,仲連住肥美嘅魚皮,完全唔腥,好有魚味,仲好滑添,芥蘭莖又好爽脆豉汁蒸帶子豆腐一道家常茶,加碗白飯就最正,呢個豉汁比較杰身同及濃,豆腐嫩滑揚州炒飯呢個炒飯不太乾身,飯粒粒粒分明,用料十足,有蝦、叉燒、燒鴨、蛋及芥蘭,食完已經好飽生磨杏汁雪山包熱辣辣漲卜卜雪山包,脆脆嘅外層,一咬開就有好多杏汁流出來,有啲似custard,好好味西米焗布甸焗到金黃色嘅表面,有少少燶,食落去好滑溜,充滿奶香,西米軟硬適中,不過裏面沒有蓮蓉呢,如果
