To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日的晚上, 已經在周圍打了兩個圈, 還未知想吃甚麼...., 忽然發現此間...印度不似印度... 尼泊爾不似尼泊爾...的餐廳, 向內望..., 一個人都無, 門面的鐵閘還拉了些少下來..., 認真夠攪嘢, 自己一人, 無所謂, 一肯夠擔試!天氣轉熱, 行唔夠廿分鐘就出汗, 點都要啤一啤, 三款Draught, 都是最貴的Stella吧...傳統Stella杯, 入口...., 感覺唔係十分好凍.. 坐近門口, 有事... 可以隨時走人... 哈哈哈...看完餐牌, 一大堆不同食物, 才發現餐飲的第一頁是套餐, 唔太記得幾多錢, 大概五十多元吧..., 咖哩雞, 配飯, 有炒菜伴碟, 還有一碗不知名的配料, 應該係印度人最愛的豆類食品.整體味道不差, 咖哩味道不濃, 但成日聽D印度人講, 印度唔係稱呼咖哩, 而係"香料", 所以咖哩唔似香港咖哩味, 也屬正常吧, 白飯好過很多香港茶記, 起碼無爛頭爛角, 又無痴埋一舊舊, 但唔夠熱..., 不過...香港都無邊間茶記D白飯係夠熱吧....
