返工真係令人身心疲累,每日放工最期待就係用美食慰勞自己個胃,中環呢間法式開酒館,簡直係我嘅飯堂,最欣賞大廚用料新鮮又優質,每次新菜式都有驚喜.今日胃口好好,先由廚師推介點了呢款鱈魚,魚肉煎到非常嫩滑,個汁超清新,仲帶鹹香矜貴魚子醬放面,底下係爽嫩白蘆筍.到另一款帶子配千層薯仔,帶子煎過,而個千層面其實係薯仔嚟,仲有羊肚菌再加入法式醋汁去煮,整體味道層次豐富.最後點少得叫番個甜品,朱古力撻配海鹽雪糕,朱古力用咗70%甜中帶微微苦係我最鍾意甜度,雪糕帶咸配上70%係最佳配搭
