To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心思思想食雞翼，就諗起譚仔嘅土匪雞翼。西九龍中心嘅譚仔幾大，成日坐到密密麻麻。今日早去， 十一點幾，加上疫情關係，暫時冇乜人。點了清湯墨丸米線 + 細土匪雞翼 + 凍檸茶小冰小甜，好滿足😍😍😍墨丸有六粒，口感麻麻，感覺不太新鮮。米線出色，軟硬適中。入面有芽菜、韭菜、腐皮，份量唔少。最期待嘅土匪雞翼。想叫五隻，但擔心食唔晒，最後都係點三隻。雞翼保持水準，外皮香口，肉質嫩滑多汁😋😋😋點杯凍檸茶去膩，同上面嘅嘢絕配！
