To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生煎包、鍋貼，都係$12有三個，兩樣都想食，多口問句可唔可以mix，婆婆話OK，最後要咗一個生煎包、兩個鍋貼，加醋。雖然唔係即煎，但一直用大煎鍋㷫住，所以都微熱嘅。始終整好已經一段時間，所以口感一般，外皮有啲韌，但好在咬開仲有些少肉汁，而且啲肉餡味道都唔錯，估計新鮮熱辣時味道絕對更好。
