To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約了很久沒見的朋友一起食飯 我們選了加太賀 加太賀係我以前工作時常去的,對我來說,係一個 滿有回憶的地方。第一次進來,餐廳很有日本之感,周圍都有日本的佈置,裝修很華麗,感覺很舒適,我們一行十多人,為了方便傾計,我們入房,最低消費$2500。我叫了三文魚手卷,好好味,夠大件,和很新鮮。還有炒雜菜,有腰果,芽菜,椰菜好大碟,很足料健康入味。我們還叫左鯖魚,條魚很新鮮和皮嫩好味。至於服務員很有禮貌很有笑容, 很貼心。我會下次再光臨。大大件的手卷燒鯖魚炒雜菜
